Pretty good app although web version is better than mobile. Would be better if you could choose pro settings for play against the computer. The computer tends to make too many errors - like not giving points to partners, and the computer's strategy / pattern of play is easy to discern. Adding ratings for real players would dissuade players from dropping out of matches when they get a bad deal on the first hand. Also, due to a propensity of NSFW ads, not recommended for kids.

I'm updating my comment. All the improvement done in the past month have greatly improve the experience. Strongly recommend this app if you want to enjoy tarot alone or with your friends.
