- Didn't get the confirmation email. - Couldn't find the place to to check my ticket on the website. - ed the app to try but app wouldnt open (first asked me to clear all cache from the app, then forced closed). How many loops do I have to jump through just to get a boat ticket? So dated in of UI design. Very frustrating. I should have ordered an Uber instead.

I hope I could give zero star. The app always force closed. I tried it in different devices. The result is same. And I used their website to book the ticket. Their website also has a lot of issue. I guess their IT department is already gone and no one manage the tech stuff. I strongly recommend you to go to their ticket office to buy the ticket if u really need to travel with turbojet. This doesn't work. Every time slot comes up with no schedule. Changing time slots doesn't not help. Broken App

Can't even open the app. Keeps crashing after I've installed it.

It fails to work on Android phones or at least android 14 which I have. I wonder why they never update this app after the pandemics to make it functional again for use!

stupid app. after u enter all credit card information, it tells you there are no seats. try a few times, same everytime.
