Absolute rubbish. You this useless app only to have to then go to a website to make an airport lounge booking. Why? While the app tries to collect as much personal information from you as you're willing to divulge, the website frustrates with its unprofessional interface. From here it just starts feeling cheap and scammy, sorry, uninstalling. Please try harder.

Not happy. It's a terrible app and the few points they offer are usually not awarded even after following up with their customer service for weeks. Excuse after excuse every time. As a frequent traveller and lounge I have come to find this program is useless. Probably why only 10k unhappy s. Do better!

Had problem first time logging in as message of first time kept appearing after keying in the correct . Reset my on the App and instructions will be send to your ed email. Just follow the instructions and I reset it using my old . Then to the App with no problem.

Terrible. They are recordes my points but now it is not ed in the app. Asking their customer service for the points and at the end did not honor the points. Don't use this hip at all. It is a scam

Had poor experience using this apps as I been travelling few countries and checked in few premier lounge and showed my apps ID to officer .however ,its not credited points to my apps .and CS mentioned denied my appellation .I hope apps alert on this issue.make sure the points has credited .else ,you unable to appeal it .
