I cannot find in the app itself to give notifications for payment at all. How would I know my bill is up for payment?

Horrendously to use app. Enjoy the ridiculous 1% late payment fees you guys keep charging while you can. once my contract is up, definitely switching. Had recurring payment setup, but after I changed my , recurring payment stopped working. Keeps charging me late payment despite no fault of my own. And for some reason, it keeps ing my old , disabling and reenabling the " me" option does nothing, end up I still have to delete the field and manually key in.

Your bill payment doesn't work for visa/master. Only Amex can be keyed in. I want to set up using my post everyday card but the app won't respond at all.

I was told that i could renew my 36months plan which later found to be no longer available. Then i could not to the apps even after uninstall and reinstall. From the past reviews, it seems like this problem has been happening since long time again but your IT department failed to improve on it. I wonder if anyone is managing this apps......

Can't , keeps telling me to update to latest version and taking me to play store to update even though on playstore it shows that there are no further updates. Have to do the same thing 3/4 times before it lets me into the app. It a my but doesn't do an auto , I still have to press each time, what's the point? No finger print avlbl. Not a good app experience.

Cannot even load bills for viewing. Trying on the website only to be faced with a wall insisting only on the usage of the app on mobile devices. doesn't work so have to and key it in everytime.

The app is pretty bad. Somethings that helped me are - If it requests for update but none available, delete app and reinstall, working fine after. - doesn't work, it will only save the that is in the box when the " Me" box is changed from unchecked to checked. Not when you actually , so that's abit counter intuitive.
