I have updated my review as the app has been improved. The search feature while still clunky and sometimes slow is now usable. Notifications still seem to come in late. I believe an improvement would be if it saved your last search criteria such as an app like carsales does incase you exit the app or accidentally navigate away from your search by pressing the "X" in the top right when filling a form.

They have to improve the app a lot for it to be just bad. Currently, it's terrible. People send messages in future time, a kind of bug unacceptable even for the smallest startup. Lots of bad requests as well for no reason. The service is good, but the app is almost unusable.

Love the service that Mad Paws provides but good god this app is hot garbage. I can't stay logged in, constant authentication failures. It doesn't happen on the website just on this app. I've emailed about it already, leaving this review here so that others experiencing the same issue knows they aren't imagining it.

MadPaws rips off both it's sitters and customers. They claim they take 20% of the sitters earnings, however they also up the price by 20% for the customers/owners, at NO benefit to the sitter and just to increase their own profits. Also, from a sitters experience the app is janky to use - freezing and refreshing midway through selecting dates when updating availability, doesn't your preferences, and there are too many add on charges to customise.

Great in theory, bad execution. The app is constantly buggy, whether it's sending messages, getting notifications or scrolling through your messages with clients/sitters. Considering they take 20% of sitters cuts and charge the owners an extra fee, you'd think they'd work on improving their app. I have been offering pet sitting on this site for almost 6 years, and it's never gotten better.

Ive done a few pet sits now and quite oike it for extra cash and getting to hang out with pets! I do wish the calendar in the app showed both accepted bookings, and showed where you've marked yourself unavailable

Been using as a petsitter for a couple of years now. Easy to use and fast payments with every sit completed on my end. If any issues arise its easy to fix through email (but much faster to message and fix if app/website issue through messaging madpaws directly on instagram). App being down has only happened twice since i've been using and always fixed within the day 😊

Hi, update 30/10/24 - haven't been able to open the app, have unistalled and reinstalled, and still nothing during the day. It is not ideal as having to go to the browser to manage incoming and current bookings is not as convenient as the app. I didn't have this kind of problem, and the app worked without interruptions.
